Therapist for Anxiety Disorders in Nashville

Lauren (she, her, they) has a passion for working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and life’s difficulties. She believes in establishing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to feel supported in. Her approach to therapy is to build a relationship with clients that is built on trust, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard.

Education

Lauren received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University after graduating with her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi. She also holds a certification as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and is hoping to pursue her PhD in the future.

My Style

Lauren’s passion for helping others led her to begin her studies in Psychology. Along the journey she even studied psychology abroad in Tanzania and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro. She is originally from Georgia, but now calls Nashville her home.

Hobbies

In her spare time she enjoys hiking, sports, cooking, dogs, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
